How to find us – directions from The Royal Hotel in the square in the village of Comrie
Once you have found the square in Comrie where the Royal Hotel is located (remember Comrie in Perthshire NOT Comrie in Fife) turn left onto the A85 and head east in the direction of Crieff. You will pass the Comrie Hotel on your left hand side as you head out of the village.
You will pass the Laggan Park and see a golf course on the hill again on the left hand side. Keep going for approximately 500 meters until you reach the turn off at The Milton – there will be some roadside signage for Teaghlach Wood and the Whispering Wood. Do not be put off by the dirt track and head up the track through the woods until you cross a cattle grid. Keep going for another quarter mile until you see a hut on the left hand side. You can park there if coming by car. The honours boards are on the right just up the road and the Whispering Wood is signposted on the left – just cross the wee bridge.
At ALL times please close any gates and be aware that there may be other traffic on the road and farm animals as it is a working farm. Dogs should be kept on leads (unless they are the farmers!!).
Any worries give Angus a call on 07714343158. Happy hunting!
